Please improve the attitude of your staff towards customers. The Malay lady and Chinese lady on the night of July 29th were neither friendly nor polite when answering my questions. Lousy customer service.

Went shoe shopping at **Timberland** with my husband and was pleased with our customer service associate, Nazarul. He was busy, but despite that, he attended to us with patience and professionalism. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and experience!
