The service was very slow. There was already a long queue, and an Indian staff member just stood at the counter, counting money as if very busy. The lady cashier was also serving one customer, and it took her 15 minutes.

Went and purchased two items at IMM Watsons on June 22, 2021, at around 6:45 PM. There was no customer in queue, but the cashier didn't want to serve us and directed us to the self-checkout machine. We weren't familiar with the machine, and when we finally finished the purchase, we missed one item at the machine. The cashier saw the item left at the machine but didn't bother to remind us. So we left Watsons with only one item. That is a very bad service from a cashier that Watsons had hired.

My friend at the Chinatown Watsons purchased the same item as I did and was able to offset the voucher given. The cashier was slow and nearly forgot to give me the voucher I should get. After asking if I could use my voucher on the next purchase, she said I had to wait until the next day. Why do all Watsons have different ways of doing business?

At the IMM Watsons store, the service and attitude of the Shake Lee promoter was very bad. Her name was Florance.

My parents were nearly scammed out of $160 by Watson, as they were required to pay multiple times simply because the equipment did not provide a receipt. It happened three times until my dad sensed something was wrong. This happened yesterday at the booth they set up near Burger King. Before allowing your retail officers to service customers, please educate them. We won't be able to tell if other customers also experienced that during the day. It's a good thing that another aunt came over to help with the reimbursement right away. Please do your work right. Just because they are elderly does not give you the right to mistreat them. Also, to people out there, please always check if payment is successfully approved before you are asked to make payment again, or check your bank for any deduction (for NETS payments), to be safe.
