Ordered a washing machine on the Shopee platform. Customer service called within 2 days to arrange for delivery. Their practice is to call within 30 minutes before delivery. I requested an hour in advance, and they did call an hour in advance. The Sharp washing machine I received is working well and is very quiet. Thank you!

Purchased the hood and hob in June! I have been using them happily. The customer service was great as one of my rings didn't light up, and they contacted me via a phone call to resolve the issue. I was really surprised that it could be resolved so quickly, as they know their products well.

I had difficulties searching for a front-load washing machine to replace my broken-down machine because of the existing compartment sizes. I tried many appliances outlets and eventually settled for one from Asia Excel. Steven was helpful and responsive. The staff at Asia Excel were also helpful, patient, responsive, and polite. Their delivery staff were also helpful and patient. The installation was done very quickly and smoothly. They also helped to dispose of my existing machine without extra charge. Received the item after 5 days due to the high volume of orders arising from the promo campaign, which is completely understandable. Delivery guys are amazing - they gave me a call in advance before arriving. They removed the old machine and fixed everything in 15 minutes! Excellent customer service too! No words can convey my deepest gratitude to the Asia Excel team for their superb customer service and speedy assistance. I recently purchased a Sharp ES-X968 top load washer from Asia Excel on 2 Jan. There was a delivery hiccup initially, but their WhatsApp customer service personnel (Leo) came to my aid to expedite the delivery to Jan 4 due to my parents' urgent need for a washer. Leo even took his time to explain and seek help directly from Sharp regarding my inquiry on how to register for the washer's warranty. After using the washer for the first time, my parents realized that there was slight water leakage at the backend pipe and raised the issue to Leo. Despite his busy work schedule, he forwarded it to their courier team immediately. I was not expecting the courier team to drop by on the same day, but they came and replaced the entire pipe within the hour! My parents highlighted that the two Malay guys who came to assist with the pipe were incredibly nice and courteous! Despite my countless inquiries and assistance requests, Leo was very friendly and helpful throughout. Replies were almost instant! This is the best customer service I have ever encountered! Utmost thanks to Asia Excel. You have a wonderful team.

We were at Hupfarri a few days prior, believing that they offered us a massive discount on the items we were interested in. Only later did I find out that those items are currently sold online for notably less, and then I discovered Asia Excel. Reading the reviews here, we were impressed. Despite living in the east, we visited their showroom to see the products before making our purchase. The staff was extraordinarily patient, knowledgeable, and kind to a fault. Our treatment was not as good at other companies we visited. When we had questions, and they needed to confirm details, they immediately phoned the distributors to clarify our queries. This could not be said of the retailers next door to them. In the end, we managed to secure all the appliances for our kitchen. The pricing is fair and competitive, as far as I can tell, and we feel confident in the company. We have yet to receive our goods. I will update this review if necessary.

Bought a stacking kit from Steven (very friendly and nice). He arranged for a plumber, Michael, to fix my 2 taps and also modify some pipes. Michael is really good and skillful. I was very impressed because he delivered the jobs exactly as we discussed over the phone. A big thank you to both Steven and Michael.

Lena was an absolute gem!!! Visited the place as a soon-to-be first-time homeowner and had tons of questions about the various showerheads and toilet bowls. Lena patiently guided me on the differences and provided top-notch suggestions based on my lifestyle needs. Could tell immediately she's a veteran in the WC industry given her deep awareness of the pros and cons of every brand and fixture type, even for models that the showroom doesn't carry! Would highly recommend others to look for her — especially if you're as ignorant as me. Lena will make sure you walk out well-equipped with all the knowledge you need.

The staff was quite busy but managed to check with Steven regarding a replacement hob that would fit our existing cut-out size. He confirmed that the size is compatible with the Fujioh model, a brand he recommended. Following his advice, we proceeded to make the payment for the delivery. Note- The hob was delivered and nicely boxed. The size fit well, and after a few days of use, it works well. The flame is a bit small, but good enough. Hope this brand (made in China) lasts longer.

I would like to thank Cheng for working diligently to help me with the order and arranging the installation within such a short time! My Rheem heater was leaking badly just yesterday noon. I closed the valve so that it didn't leak anymore. But I was busy with my work and not able to follow up on my purchase. Cheng helped me with all the work and even arranged today to finish the installation so that I could get hot water for my bathroom! Excellent service!
